Q. Where do you ship parts?

A. We ship parts across North America. Please send us an email if you are located in Mexico so we can work with you to determine the most cost-effective shipping option. We can ship collect on your customer account or ship pre-paid, adding the costs to your final bill of sale. If you are one of our Wholesale Radiator Shop Customers, you can receive pre-paid shipping if you purchase $1,000.00 or more before tax. 

For our American customers, you will be required to have your own Customs Broker set-up to handle the brokerage. Our team will list your Broker on the documents and provide the associated Customs paperwork to the shipping company. Customers are responsible for any and all brokerage fees, duties, and taxes levied against their shipment.

 

Q. How do I obtain a customer login?

A.  Please visit the My Account page. Under New Cutomer, select 'Register.' Complete the registration form and our team will follow-up.

 

Q. What is the price for shipping in Canada?

A. All shipments are shipped collect, unless specified by the customer. All account-based customers will be asked at checkout to select their carrier of choice from our designated shipping partners. We have many local carriers for shipments within Manitoba and use various National carriers for inter-provincial shipments.

 

Q. How can I track my order?

A. We will email you your tracking number based on the carrier selected.

 

Q. Do you offer a warranty on parts

A. Yes, we offer the following warranties:

  • 1 year (12 months) warranty from date of purchase on all new parts for manufacturer defects only
  • 1 year (12 months) warranty from date of purchase on In-House Made Radiator Cores from manufacturing defects only
  • 1 year (12 months) warranty from date of purchase on In-House Re-cored Complete Radiators for manufacturing defects only.

 

Q. What is your return policy?

A. Returned items are subject to a re-stocking fee and customer is responsible for all freight charges to return the item. Custom built or special order items will not be eligible for return or refund.

 

Q.What is a core charge and why do I have to pay it?

A. A core charge is the fee you pay when buying specific parts. It it a 100% refundable charge. Upon receipt by West End Radiators of your old Complete Radiator Core Assembly, we will fully refund this fee. You MUST ship your core pre-paid to West End Radiators. Otherwise, we will deduct the freight charges from your refund. We apply a core charge to the following part numbers:
